“Life Happens” Policy

• You have the option to put your automatically recurring membership on hold for any reason

• Your membership hold will be processed within 5 business days

• Upon expiration of the hold period that you select below, your account will automatically resume

 

Your membership hold will be processed in 5 BUSINESS DAYS. This prior notification is REQUIRED by the billing company. If you are billed during this time, your payment will remain as a credit on your membership account for when you return.

Please Note: Hold periods are allowed up to to 30 days free within a 12 month time period
