Natalie Hernandez
"BODYBUILDING MAMA"
Coach Natalie prides herself on helping women and moms get in better shape than they ever believed possible. Having a daughter of her own, she understands the unique struggles women face post-partum, and can provide firsthand expertise in lifestyle nutrition and total body transformation.
She's a certified performance nutrition coach and has an OCB Pro Card under her belt.
Bodybuilding Coaching is a passion Natalie & Cesar both share, and together, they've led dozens of men and women to stage victories through their bodybuilding competition team: Team Natural Physiques.
When she's not at the gym or coaching, you can find Natalie spending time with her family. She loves her mommy/daughter time doing things like shopping, going to the hair salon, and getting mani-pedis with her mini me, Sofia or spending days relaxing and catching up on Netflix with her hubby.

What do you love about working at the Strength Center?
"I love that The Strength Center is not like any other gym. The feeling of community is so unique, and it truly feels like everyone is family. Everyone helps and cheers each other on. You can’t find that in a big box gym. We’ve had so many clients come in and create relationships that become lifetime friendships.
I also love that you will never feel judged at the Strength Center. Everyone goes at a their own pace and the coaches and clients motivate people to push themselves to limits they never thought they could achieve."

Maylin Hago
"DANCE & DRILL MAY"
Maylin is an AAAI & ISMA Certified Personal Fitness Trainer who specializes in functional strength training, mobility, and most recently bodybuilding. In 2021, she accomplished a major goal of hers and became an OCB Pro in the Masters Bikini Division.
Aside from fitness, Maylin has an impressive background dance and theater. She has a BA in Drama, has studied all forms of dance, (from modern to ballet), and has been stage manger and choreographer in many theater show productions.
When she's not coaching, she enjoys watching stand-up comedies and any kind of documentary shows.

" I love the energy clients bring to the gym… I make it my goal to make sure they keep their eyes of their personal goals and that they continue to persevere within their own fitness journeys."

Kelly Jameson
"NO NONSENSE KELLY"
Coach Kelly is truly a jack of all trades! Whether it's boxing, HIIT, or strength exercises on the program, she leads her classes with the same energy, knowledge, and enthusiasm as the one before. She's always on her a-game!
She has a deep appreciation for yoga, and recognizes the benefits it has on performance and overall well-being. During her classes, she encourages members to take a few minutes to connect the mind, body, and soul. Incorporating yoga & mobility, and getting creative with exercises are just a few of her specialties.
Assistant principal by day, and Strength Center coach by night – it's clear Coach Kelly has a passion for helping people. But when she's not at the gym or at school, you can find her salsa dancing, roller skating, doing puzzles, having a family game night, or simply spending time with family & friends.
