If you would like to put your membership on hold instead of canceling, you can submit a Membership Hold Request. If you’re sure you’d like to cancel, please complete and submit the form below. This will serve as your written notice – submission of the online form MUST be completed 30 days prior to your next billing date for us to process. A 30-Day notice is required to cancel your membership. Please note there is a early termination fee of $275 for any members on a current 3, 6, or 12 month membership.
