I found Strength Center through a friend/member of the gym and started out by doing a challenge. I knew I couldn't go back to a "regular" gym after the fun atmosphere I found at SC. They provide the perfect mix of lifting/HIIT and I leave there having burned anywhere from 400-600 calories each workout!
