If you’re visiting our site for the first time, chances are you’re ready to really, seriously, finally get in shape. Well, you’ve come to the right place. We’ve designed our program to really, seriously and finally get you to make fitness a part of your lifestyle – not just an occasional pit stop. We do this with our S.T.R.O.N.G. fitness methodology – a hybrid of traditional Personal Training and Nutrition & Lifestyle Coaching.
We believe that in order for you to make coming into our gym one of the best parts of your day, we need to identify your true personal goals and create a tailored game plan just for you meanwhile training in the fun, motivating environment that The Strength Center is known for.
We also understand that fitness may seem intimidating if you’ve never done it before, which is why we limit our classes to no more than 20 members per session. This allows us to give you the attention you need to succeed while keeping you comfortable in a group training environment. During our busier times, we have 2 coaches scheduled to keep our program running smoothly.
